1. Login to your account. Once you login, you will see a "My Subscriptions" Section-
2. Click the "View" Button.
3. You would then click "Cancel" to end your monthly subscription. This should automatically cancel your Paypal or Credit Card automatic billing.
4. Next, you will need to add an Annual Subscription by visiting the Shop and checking out.
By following these steps, you will now be an Annual Subscriber and have full access to all ORD has to offer!
**Are you a new annual subscriber and due a refund from ORD because your monthly subscription just renewed? If it's within 7-10 days of your recent monthly renewal, we'll be happy to refund the $5 or offer you a store credit! Just submit a help ticket with your request and the date of your last renewal once you've checked out with your new Annual Subscription!
