Pixlr acts a little funny with fonts sometimes. It SHOULD pull the fonts installed on your machine but because of the javascript limitations it will only pull 40ish at a time. Here are some suggestions:
1. Scroll through with your arrow keys rather than your mouse.
2. Close the font dialogue box and try to open it again.
3. Restart your browser (save your work first!).
